Why is working on customer projects fun?

In these projects, communication between people is becoming increasingly central. Our contacts come from a wide variety of fields, with varying levels of IT knowledge. We need to understand the customer and their requirements, and, most importantly, ensure that the customer understands us.

What was my most exciting project, and why?

The Bossard D365 implementation. Bossard operates globally and is gradually implementing D365 in each national organization. We all bring our SEEBURGER tools with us. However, in this project, we also had to analyze the countries’ processes and legacy systems and establish a common understanding with the customer and other service providers. This included understanding the people and their cultures in distant countries, all while working in the project language, English.

Where can I provide a special added value for customers?

Long-standing experience in the SEEBURGER environment and understanding of the various processes in the supply chain, with an instinct for what the customer expects from a service provider.
