Multiple platforms, multiple processes, countless technical specifics – that was the initial situation for our client. Orders via Amazon, Conrad, Galaxus, or Toolineo were handled through different interfaces, involving partial manual effort and several backend systems.
By introducing PlentyONE as the central system for marketplace sales and our tailored EDI integration, we were able to sustainably reduce this complexity.
Orders, confirmations, delivery notifications, and cancellations are now processed fully digitally – with no media disruptions and no redundant data maintenance. New platforms can be activated directly via the Plenty web interface when needed – the EDI connection remains stable and unchanged. A real gamechanger for our client:
