Initial situation
Accente previously handled its spare parts business using established but largely manual processes. Orders were received by email or phone. Employees created orders in Xentral, generated delivery notes, and maintained shipping information separately in Excel files for the external warehouse. This setup was reliable but required increased coordination during peak periods. In season, up to 50 spare parts orders are processed per day. The goal was to optimize processes, reduce lead times, and integrate the warehouse directly into the digital process chain.

aurebus consulting designed an end‑to‑end, API‑based system architecture.

Orders are transferred directly to the Xentral ERP system without manual input.
Warehouse integration via SEEBURGER BIS
Xentral generates delivery notes. The SEEBURGER BIS platform retrieves the data via API and automatically creates outbound delivery orders in the warehouse system. The warehouse starts processing immediately.
Automatic return of tracking data
The SEEBURGER BIS platform reads all completed shipments from the warehouse system on a daily basis and transfers the tracking information to Xentral. Shopify displays this data directly in the customer account.
Modern MFT solution
The cloud‑based MFT platform ensures stable, secure, and scalable data exchange between all involved systems.
